I am a retired SA journalist monitoring crime-events on the website Crime Busters of South Africa, and have decided to obtain legal advice concerning the hate-speech activities of said Mr Richard Catto.

I now received the following initial summary from the lawyers who are formulating the legal charges against the Bergvliet-based SA journalist Richard Catto of Cape Town news.

They have placed especially the following comments (still analysing others) into the context of a clear intention to encourage genocide — comments made by Catto between 18 November 2007 and 13 June 2008.

These comments can all be found online by using Google with the sentence:

13 June 2008 – “The government did contact me. They asked me how many assault rifles I need to clear Bergvliet of all Boers.’

11 June 2008 “I see you are just another racist cunt. You dare to defend the actions of the youth responsible for the Skielik shootings. Those cleaners were fed urine. I don’t buy your bullshit line, bitch. Yeah, I’d like to kill you and your entire genetic line in a heart beat: Genocide is GOOD when the bad guys are being killed…’

COMMENT
Other statements from Catto’s many other online blogs, amongst others on his own Facebook blog and a variety of so-called “African-American*’ websites (see a link to a YouTube video about one such African-American below), also are still being examined to determine the extent to which he actively and consistently advocated the genocide of Afrikaners/Boers on those websites, too.

However the lawyers summarising the evidence already feel that there is enough prima facie evidence right now — and that there is also a very clear pattern of hate-speech by Catto to prove this case in any legal venue, either a court of law in South Africa or even an international tribunal.

Inciting the genocide of an entire ethnic minority is an international Crime against Humanity.

It’s also a matter of concern whether Catto will sooner or later translate his hate-speech into actual acts of violence if given the chance.

The psychological evaluation of his progression into hate-speech since November last year indicates an increasingly violent intent which could translate into physical violence at any moment, the lawyers also noted.

IMPORTANT:
This information is being presented as evidence TOGETHER with the testimony by Dr Gregory Stanton, the international genocide expert – a former USA state department lawyer who first investigated the Cambodia genocide, after which he launched the UN-linked civil rights body Genocide Watch.

He was interviewed by Carte Blanche’s TV programme “A Bloody Harvest” about the many inexplicable murders of rural Afrikaners. Stanton, after reviewing police videos of such murder-scenes, warned that such hate-speech is a very clear warning sign — an indication that the perpetrator of such language views his targets as ‘vermin, as viruses which should be eradicated from society,’ instead of as human beings.

This kind of hate-speech — such as is now being displayed by Catto — is often heard in the runup to any genocide, often in civil-war settings, and Stanton already publicly warned several years ago that Afrikaners are indeed in great danger of such a genocide right now, that ‘the alarm bells should be ringing,’ in his own words.
